San Antonio's Crumpets Restaurant. Among his many accolades, Crumpets Restaurant and Bakery has been voted one of Esquires' 100 best restaurants. Mr. Maeder serves elegant riverside meals derived from his famous classic international menu. Guests enjoy delights such as marinated shrimp, braised rabbit, rack of lamb, quail, and beef Wellington prepared fresh from top quality ingredients. The menu may vary according to availability of supplies, and whim of the master chef. Evening meals are accompanied by a selection of fine wines and other beverages.
